The remake guarantee

If anything arrives damaged, short, or not matching your approved proof, we remake it, at our cost, on a schedule driven by your event date. Send a photo and your order number to info@re-geared.com or call (760) 345-2500 and we'll get the bench moving.

Custom work and returns

Because every award is made to order with your artwork and approved by you as a proof before production, custom pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. That's exactly why the proof step exists. Nothing is made until you've signed off on the design.

Order issues

• Damaged in transit: photo + order number, we remake and reship.
• Quantity short: we ship the difference immediately.
• Doesn't match the approved proof: we remake to the proof.

Timing

Report issues within 14 days of delivery. For event-dated orders, call us. Remakes for upcoming events jump the queue.
