Kevin Chandler

Director of Adventure

You gotta dig deep. And when you do, you find you can do more than you think you can. Ken Chlouber, of Leadville 100 renown, launches that pearl of wisdom as the introduction to every Leadville race. It's simple to say, but hard to accomplish. Adopting that mantra requires passion, discipline, and a "never quit" attitude. Those who participate in athletic outdoor pursuits understand these traits. We live by them.

Kevin has been an outdoor athlete for over 30 years and the drive for his personal best never subsides. At ReGeared, we employ that same dedication. We're passionate about creating the awards that help drive the passion for pursuing "your personal best." Sometimes you earn the podium step and sometimes you get the finisher medal, but either way you earned it. You did your best. And we do our best to support our customers, their events, and the creation of "Awards Worth Winning."

Kevin splits his time between Colorado and SoCal and drives our overall management,sales, marketing and creative solutions to all kinds of ruts in the road. You're likely to see him out there on the trails, on the road, on the gravel or someplace on the mountain. Ride on!

Kevin Macabale

Director of Cool Creations

Raised in the Palm Springs area, Kevin has always enjoyed staying active. He grew up skateboarding and later explored Olympic lifting, CrossFit, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. These days, he spends most of his free time going on long runs and enjoying the outdoors. He especially loves hiking with his wife and their dog. Whether he's on the trails or taking on his next challenge, Kevin is always looking for a new way to stay active.

Lauren Lay

Client Production and Support

From the moment Lauren stepped into the hills, rivers, and forests of the Ozarks during her first year of college, she knew she had found something that would shape her life. In the mid-2000s, she discovered adventure racing and fell in love with the challenge of navigating through the unknown. There was something incredibly freeing about getting lost, finding checkpoints with her teammates, and realizing that every race was as much about discovering herself as it was about reaching the finish line. She strongly believes nature has a way of restoring us—one trail, one paddle stroke, and one spinning wheel at a time.

She's done a ton of navigating the unknown. As one of the Founders of ReGeared, the unknown has been the byline. We are proud to have Lauren as part of the team as we continue to follow our course.

Samantha Campbell

Master of Creations

Samantha grew up in Austin, Texas, where she discovered her passion for cycling through the local NICA cross-country mountain bike team. She continued racing throughout high school, competing at both local and national-level events. Alongside racing, she's always tuned her interest in art and graphic design. That's where she found ReGeared.

Samantha is entering her senior year of college at Colorado Mesa University, where she's studying Exercise Science and racing for the CMU Cycling Team. Outside of collegiate competition, she primarily focuses on gravel racing as a member of the Life Time Grand Prix U23 Program and the Velocio//ENVE Gravel Team.

Her work with ReGeared gives her a creative outlet and the opportunity to strike a rewarding balance between school, racing, and work,

Samantha has talent, loads of it. You can see her craft across the pages of this website. She's worn plenty of medals and tossed a few not worth keeping. She knows the good stuff and she helps drive the creation of "Awards Worth Winning."

Pedro Granados

Machine Master

Pedro is our Machine Master. He's got the laser, the printers and the chain breakers turning flips in overtime to get our products out the door to you. He's the also the master of quality control. Products don't drop in the box until Pedro says go!

Outside of work, Pedro stays active with soccer, basketball and pickleball. He's also the shop table tennis champ! Pedro's sporting activities help him craft his discipline, teamwork and strong work ethic. Those qualities drive his awesome performance in the shop too.

As a man of faith, Pedro strives to live with integrity, respect and compassion in all areas of his life. He stives to strike a balance between life inside the shop and out. He's getting married soon. We think he's doing a job with that balance.
